Contractor accreditation is granted based on documents provided by the Contractor confirming information about their personnel, qualifications, and permits such as certificates, licenses, and approvals required to perform specialized work including work at height, electrical work, and work involving specialized equipment and tools. This also includes confirmation of the availability and compliance of such equipment and tools with established standards, provision of protective clothing and personal protective equipment for staff, and completion of safety and fire safety training.
At exhibitions held at the Center for the Organization of Exhibitions and Expositions CAEx, any additional time for stand setup and or dismantling is paid by Contractors directly to CAEx during the accreditation process.
In certain cases, accreditation may be conducted by the exhibition center upon agreement with or direct instruction from the Organizers.
Accredited Contractors order and purchase additional services, including extended setup and dismantling time and move in day services, from the General Contractor. At CAEx, additional setup time must be arranged directly with the exhibition center.
Detailed information on the accreditation process and requirements is provided upon request by the General Contractor.
